clear Acne(pimple) With Coconut Oil

Clear Acne with Coconut oil
When it comes to promoting healthy skin and hair coconut oil is definitely one of the best natural beauty products. Coconut oil works wonders to keep your skin clean and clear, it conditions, moisturizes, prevents wrinkles, protects against sun damage and softens skin.

Surprisingly, coconut oil is also a great and a natural remedy to banish stubborn acne due to its powerful antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial properties that naturally combat acne and pimples.

Extra Virgin Coconut oil can be used regularly in your diet or to deep clean the pores using the oil cleansing method. It penetrates deep into the skin and unclog pores by getting rid of dirt, grime, blackheads and sloughing off dead skin cells for clear skin.

Coconut oil can not only prevent and treat acne but can also heal acne scars. Coconut oil contains natural Capric acid and Lauric acid that helps fight acne causing bacteria and the rich fats in the oil repairs any damage, keeping the skin healthy. For an effective acne treatment, use coconut oil as a natural acne spot treatment.

You will need:

2 tablespoons of pure coconut oil
3 – 5 drops tea tree oil
Melt the coconut oil and add in the essential oil. Blend the oils together and pour it into a roll on container or lip balm tube to easily use it on acne. Store the container in the fridge and use it whenever needed. While coconut oil helps heal the skin,  essential oil such as tea tree oil helps fight acne, calm the skin and reduce blemishes at the same time.

Coconut oil is great for more than just treating acne. You can use it as an all-over body moisturizer, hair conditioning treatment, and as a healthy cooking ingredient in recipes.

cool to hear benefit of shear butter to your skin and face

21 Shea Butter Benefits and Uses

What is Shea Butter?

Shea butter is a skin superfood that comes from the seeds of the fruit of the Shea (Karite) tree and that is naturally rich in vitamins A, E and F. It offers UV protection (it is SPF ~6) and provides the skin with essential fatty acids and the nutrients necessary for collagen production. Shea butter has been used in Africa and other countries for years to improve skin and hair.

Shea Butter Benefits

Moisturizing: The concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in Shea butter makes it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for skin. It is often used to remedy dry skin and to help protect the skin’s natural oils.
Reduces Inflammation: A 2010 study found that due to its cinnamic acid and other natural properties, shea butter was anti-inflammatory. (source) One compound in particular, lupeol cinnamate, was found to reduce skin inflammation and even potentially help avoid skin mutations. This also makes it beneficial for some people with acne.
Skin Smoothing: Shea butter aids in the skin’s natural collagen production and contains oleic, stearic, palmitic and linolenic acids that protect and nourish the skin to prevent drying. With long term use, many people report skin softening and strengthening as well as wrinkle reduction.
Shea Butter Uses

Shea butter is one of the most versatile natural beauty ingredients and I use it daily in some form. I’ve used it for years in everything from my homemade lotion bars and original magnesium body butter to homemade lip balms and healing salves.

Some of my favorite uses for Shea Butter:

By itself for face and body as a natural moisturizer
In a shea butter lotion bar stick for easy use
Alone or in a pregnancy stretch mark salve to ward off stretch marks
As the best under-eye wrinkle remover and bag-reducer
For massage butter
In velvety soft whipped body butter
or basic homemade lotion
As a base for homemade deodorant
As an SPF 6 skin lotion
In magnesium body butter
As a natural baby-care product (alone) or ingredient in baby care recipes
By itself on the lips or in homemade lip balms
Or homemade shimmer lip balm
To improve skin elasticity (some even say it helps with cellulite)
On the hair or scalp (in mixture with other natural ingredients)
In homemade liquid creme foundation and makeup
After sun or beach exposure to replenish skin
On the eyelids before applying makeup to make it last longer
As a natural cuticle cream
On scars to naturally help collagen production
On sore/raw noses during a cold or flu

How To Take Care Of Your Skin During Fasting

It an holy month for all d Muslim,
And I think they need to know how
To care for their skin .
Even for the Christians that fast offen
You need to folow this steps to
Continue having a lovely skin.

Here is a list of things you can do to take care of your skin and keep it hydrated during Ramadan.

1. Drink lots of water after fasting.

When you break your fasting, make sure you eat some of the meals that are water based, such as soup. Of course, you need to drink at least eight cups of water before you start your fasting the next day, to keep your skin hydrated during Ramadan.

2. Reduce the intake of dairy products.

It has been said that dairy products lead to acne and pimples. So stay away from the dairy products, the Kunafa, and other Ramadan desserts to prevent your skin from breaking out.

3. Stay away from sodas and caffeinated drinks.

The trick to taking care of your skin in Ramadan, is to avoid certain foods and drinks. Caffeine and soda drinks are known to suck out the minerals in the body, which has a negative effect on your skin.

4. Don’t forget to pamper your eyes.

Ramadan is a hectic time, and you could easily notice the appearance of dark circles under your eyes. Give your eyes a little attention by placing tea bags over your eyes, and try to get eight hours of sleep every night. This will definitely take care of your skin during Ramadan, giving your face a soft glow.

5. Aim for the shade.

If you are running errands in the morning, try to avoid the sun and walk in the shade whenever you can, and of course apply sunblock to your skin before you head out.

6. Load up on nuts.

The perfect thing to snack on during Ramadan to take of your skin is nuts. Eating cashews and almonds play a big role in rejuvenating your skin because they contain large percentages of fibers and fatty acids.

7. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!

To take care of your skin in Ramadan, you shouldn't neglect it. After washing your face with luke warm water, make sure to moisturize your skin as it has probably lost a lot of its moisture due to lack of hydration during fasting.

ladies! guys!.perfect step to folow to stop that bad breathe of yours

I observed The guys are getting tired of the girls issues
So i thought of this to cary them along

1
Clean your mouth thoroughly and regularly; also brushing between the tongue and teeth, not just to look good, but for oral health and cleaner breath.

Two major sources of mouth odor are bacteria and decaying food particles. There are hundreds of nooks and crannies in the fertile landscape of your mouth where these offending bits of "rot" can get lodged. Brushing is not enough.
Clean your tongue. Your tongue, unfortunately, is like a shaggy carpet where all kinds of smelly stuff can hide. You can buy Orabrush from stores./[1] Suction your tongue, a little -- and always swish your drinks all around the mouth and between teeth to dislodge some of this material. When you brush your teeth (which should be at least twice a day):

Use your toothbrush, the edge of a spoon, or a tongue cleaner to "scrape" your tongue.
If you have a sensitive gag reflex, you might not like this task. You need to clean your entire tongue, including the part close to your tonsils. Read How to Suppress the Gag Reflex for some tips.
Floss. Make it as much of a mindless habit as brushing your teeth. At first, your gums might bleed as you dislodge chunks of food that have "stuck" to your teeth and gum for who knows how long. But take a second to smell the floss after you pass it through your teeth, if you dare. You'll see (or smell) where the bad breath is coming from.

Use mouthwash. Mouthwash helps to keep your mouth moist and helps to prevent bad breath.

2
Keep your mouth moisturized. A dry mouth is a stinky mouth. That's why your breath is worse in the morning; your mouth produces less saliva as you sleep. Saliva is the enemy of bad breath because not only does it physically wash bacteria and food particles away, but it also has antiseptic and enzymes that kill bacteria.[1]
Chewing gum stimulates saliva production (in addition to covering up the odor with some kind of scent). Mints do not encourage saliva production.[1]
Drink water. Swish the water between your teeth from side to side. Water won't necessarily increase saliva production, but it'll wash out your mouth -- and it's good for you. See How to Drink More Water Every Day.
Dry mouth can be caused by certain medications and medical conditions. Ask your doctor about switching medications, or addressing the underlying condition.

3
Choose your gum carefully. As mentioned in the previous step, any gum will help with bad breath because the chewing action results in more saliva being produced. Some gums, however, have better bad-breath-fighting abilities than others:
Cinnamon flavoring seems to be especially effective in reducing bacteria counts in your mouth.[1]
Look for gum sweetened with xylitol. For one thing, sugar's not good for your mouth. Xylitol is a sugar substitute that actually works to prevent bacteria from replicating in the mouth.[1]

4
Eat a banana. You probably already know to avoid notorious stink foods like onions, garlic, cheese, and coffee (or at least brush vigorously after eating them). But did you know that if you're on a low-carb diet, you might have "ketone breath"?[1] Basically, as your body breaks down fats instead of carbs for energy, it creates ketones, some of which are released in your mouth. Unfortunately, ketones smell bad, and so will your breath. If you're on a strict carb-restricting diet, or any diet that forces you to burn fat instead of carbs, consider throwing healthy carb-rich snacks into the mix, like apples or bananas.
In addition, fruits with high vitamin C content will help you fight potentially harmful bacteria, which can be a cause of bad breath.
This will also happen to anyone who fasts, whether for religious reasons, or because they are anorexic. If you are anorexic, bad breath is only one of the reasons to stop starving yourself. Read How to Cope if You Want to Become Anorexic.

5
Talk to a doctor. If you've followed the above steps diligently and the bad breath persists, you may have a medical issue that needs to be treated. Here are some of the potential culprits:
Tonsil stones. These are lumps of calcified food, mucus and bacteria that appear as white spots on your tonsils. If seen, they can be mistaken for a throat infection, although sometimes they are not visible to the naked eye. You might also notice a metallic taste in your mouth, and/or pain when swallowing.[2]
Diabetic ketoacidosis. If you have diabetes, it may be causing your body to burn fat instead of glucose, creating the ketone breath referred to in the previous step. This is a serious condition that needs to be treated as soon as possible.
Trimethylaminuria. If your body can't break down a chemical called trimethylamine, it will be released in your saliva, causing bad breath. It'll also be released in your sweat, so persistent body odor might be an accompanying symptom
