clear Acne(pimple) With Coconut Oil

Clear Acne with Coconut oil
When it comes to promoting healthy skin and hair coconut oil is definitely one of the best natural beauty products. Coconut oil works wonders to keep your skin clean and clear, it conditions, moisturizes, prevents wrinkles, protects against sun damage and softens skin.

Surprisingly, coconut oil is also a great and a natural remedy to banish stubborn acne due to its powerful antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial properties that naturally combat acne and pimples.

Extra Virgin Coconut oil can be used regularly in your diet or to deep clean the pores using the oil cleansing method. It penetrates deep into the skin and unclog pores by getting rid of dirt, grime, blackheads and sloughing off dead skin cells for clear skin.

Coconut oil can not only prevent and treat acne but can also heal acne scars. Coconut oil contains natural Capric acid and Lauric acid that helps fight acne causing bacteria and the rich fats in the oil repairs any damage, keeping the skin healthy. For an effective acne treatment, use coconut oil as a natural acne spot treatment.

You will need:

2 tablespoons of pure coconut oil
3 – 5 drops tea tree oil
Melt the coconut oil and add in the essential oil. Blend the oils together and pour it into a roll on container or lip balm tube to easily use it on acne. Store the container in the fridge and use it whenever needed. While coconut oil helps heal the skin,  essential oil such as tea tree oil helps fight acne, calm the skin and reduce blemishes at the same time.

Coconut oil is great for more than just treating acne. You can use it as an all-over body moisturizer, hair conditioning treatment, and as a healthy cooking ingredient in recipes.

cool to hear benefit of shear butter to your skin and face

21 Shea Butter Benefits and Uses

What is Shea Butter?

Shea butter is a skin superfood that comes from the seeds of the fruit of the Shea (Karite) tree and that is naturally rich in vitamins A, E and F. It offers UV protection (it is SPF ~6) and provides the skin with essential fatty acids and the nutrients necessary for collagen production. Shea butter has been used in Africa and other countries for years to improve skin and hair.

Shea Butter Benefits

Moisturizing: The concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in Shea butter makes it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for skin. It is often used to remedy dry skin and to help protect the skin’s natural oils.
Reduces Inflammation: A 2010 study found that due to its cinnamic acid and other natural properties, shea butter was anti-inflammatory. (source) One compound in particular, lupeol cinnamate, was found to reduce skin inflammation and even potentially help avoid skin mutations. This also makes it beneficial for some people with acne.
Skin Smoothing: Shea butter aids in the skin’s natural collagen production and contains oleic, stearic, palmitic and linolenic acids that protect and nourish the skin to prevent drying. With long term use, many people report skin softening and strengthening as well as wrinkle reduction.
Shea Butter Uses

Shea butter is one of the most versatile natural beauty ingredients and I use it daily in some form. I’ve used it for years in everything from my homemade lotion bars and original magnesium body butter to homemade lip balms and healing salves.

Some of my favorite uses for Shea Butter:

By itself for face and body as a natural moisturizer
In a shea butter lotion bar stick for easy use
Alone or in a pregnancy stretch mark salve to ward off stretch marks
As the best under-eye wrinkle remover and bag-reducer
For massage butter
In velvety soft whipped body butter
or basic homemade lotion
As a base for homemade deodorant
As an SPF 6 skin lotion
In magnesium body butter
As a natural baby-care product (alone) or ingredient in baby care recipes
By itself on the lips or in homemade lip balms
Or homemade shimmer lip balm
To improve skin elasticity (some even say it helps with cellulite)
On the hair or scalp (in mixture with other natural ingredients)
In homemade liquid creme foundation and makeup
After sun or beach exposure to replenish skin
On the eyelids before applying makeup to make it last longer
As a natural cuticle cream
On scars to naturally help collagen production
On sore/raw noses during a cold or flu

How To Take Care Of Your Skin During Fasting

It an holy month for all d Muslim,
And I think they need to know how
To care for their skin .
Even for the Christians that fast offen
You need to folow this steps to
Continue having a lovely skin.

Here is a list of things you can do to take care of your skin and keep it hydrated during Ramadan.

1. Drink lots of water after fasting.

When you break your fasting, make sure you eat some of the meals that are water based, such as soup. Of course, you need to drink at least eight cups of water before you start your fasting the next day, to keep your skin hydrated during Ramadan.

2. Reduce the intake of dairy products.

It has been said that dairy products lead to acne and pimples. So stay away from the dairy products, the Kunafa, and other Ramadan desserts to prevent your skin from breaking out.

3. Stay away from sodas and caffeinated drinks.

The trick to taking care of your skin in Ramadan, is to avoid certain foods and drinks. Caffeine and soda drinks are known to suck out the minerals in the body, which has a negative effect on your skin.

4. Don’t forget to pamper your eyes.

Ramadan is a hectic time, and you could easily notice the appearance of dark circles under your eyes. Give your eyes a little attention by placing tea bags over your eyes, and try to get eight hours of sleep every night. This will definitely take care of your skin during Ramadan, giving your face a soft glow.

5. Aim for the shade.

If you are running errands in the morning, try to avoid the sun and walk in the shade whenever you can, and of course apply sunblock to your skin before you head out.

6. Load up on nuts.

The perfect thing to snack on during Ramadan to take of your skin is nuts. Eating cashews and almonds play a big role in rejuvenating your skin because they contain large percentages of fibers and fatty acids.

7. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!

To take care of your skin in Ramadan, you shouldn't neglect it. After washing your face with luke warm water, make sure to moisturize your skin as it has probably lost a lot of its moisture due to lack of hydration during fasting.

ladies! guys!.perfect step to folow to stop that bad breathe of yours

I observed The guys are getting tired of the girls issues
So i thought of this to cary them along

1
Clean your mouth thoroughly and regularly; also brushing between the tongue and teeth, not just to look good, but for oral health and cleaner breath.

Two major sources of mouth odor are bacteria and decaying food particles. There are hundreds of nooks and crannies in the fertile landscape of your mouth where these offending bits of "rot" can get lodged. Brushing is not enough.
Clean your tongue. Your tongue, unfortunately, is like a shaggy carpet where all kinds of smelly stuff can hide. You can buy Orabrush from stores./[1] Suction your tongue, a little -- and always swish your drinks all around the mouth and between teeth to dislodge some of this material. When you brush your teeth (which should be at least twice a day):

Use your toothbrush, the edge of a spoon, or a tongue cleaner to "scrape" your tongue.
If you have a sensitive gag reflex, you might not like this task. You need to clean your entire tongue, including the part close to your tonsils. Read How to Suppress the Gag Reflex for some tips.
Floss. Make it as much of a mindless habit as brushing your teeth. At first, your gums might bleed as you dislodge chunks of food that have "stuck" to your teeth and gum for who knows how long. But take a second to smell the floss after you pass it through your teeth, if you dare. You'll see (or smell) where the bad breath is coming from.

Use mouthwash. Mouthwash helps to keep your mouth moist and helps to prevent bad breath.

2
Keep your mouth moisturized. A dry mouth is a stinky mouth. That's why your breath is worse in the morning; your mouth produces less saliva as you sleep. Saliva is the enemy of bad breath because not only does it physically wash bacteria and food particles away, but it also has antiseptic and enzymes that kill bacteria.[1]
Chewing gum stimulates saliva production (in addition to covering up the odor with some kind of scent). Mints do not encourage saliva production.[1]
Drink water. Swish the water between your teeth from side to side. Water won't necessarily increase saliva production, but it'll wash out your mouth -- and it's good for you. See How to Drink More Water Every Day.
Dry mouth can be caused by certain medications and medical conditions. Ask your doctor about switching medications, or addressing the underlying condition.

3
Choose your gum carefully. As mentioned in the previous step, any gum will help with bad breath because the chewing action results in more saliva being produced. Some gums, however, have better bad-breath-fighting abilities than others:
Cinnamon flavoring seems to be especially effective in reducing bacteria counts in your mouth.[1]
Look for gum sweetened with xylitol. For one thing, sugar's not good for your mouth. Xylitol is a sugar substitute that actually works to prevent bacteria from replicating in the mouth.[1]

4
Eat a banana. You probably already know to avoid notorious stink foods like onions, garlic, cheese, and coffee (or at least brush vigorously after eating them). But did you know that if you're on a low-carb diet, you might have "ketone breath"?[1] Basically, as your body breaks down fats instead of carbs for energy, it creates ketones, some of which are released in your mouth. Unfortunately, ketones smell bad, and so will your breath. If you're on a strict carb-restricting diet, or any diet that forces you to burn fat instead of carbs, consider throwing healthy carb-rich snacks into the mix, like apples or bananas.
In addition, fruits with high vitamin C content will help you fight potentially harmful bacteria, which can be a cause of bad breath.
This will also happen to anyone who fasts, whether for religious reasons, or because they are anorexic. If you are anorexic, bad breath is only one of the reasons to stop starving yourself. Read How to Cope if You Want to Become Anorexic.

5
Talk to a doctor. If you've followed the above steps diligently and the bad breath persists, you may have a medical issue that needs to be treated. Here are some of the potential culprits:
Tonsil stones. These are lumps of calcified food, mucus and bacteria that appear as white spots on your tonsils. If seen, they can be mistaken for a throat infection, although sometimes they are not visible to the naked eye. You might also notice a metallic taste in your mouth, and/or pain when swallowing.[2]
Diabetic ketoacidosis. If you have diabetes, it may be causing your body to burn fat instead of glucose, creating the ketone breath referred to in the previous step. This is a serious condition that needs to be treated as soon as possible.
Trimethylaminuria. If your body can't break down a chemical called trimethylamine, it will be released in your saliva, causing bad breath. It'll also be released in your sweat, so persistent body odor might be an accompanying symptom

Oils That Suits your Skin

It sounds strange to be
putting oils all over, when for quite a long time
we’ve been looking the racks for without oil items
out of trepidation that oil would transform us into
an oily, imperfect chaos! Be that as it may,
changing to a characteristic oil based skincare
reach is one of the best things you can accomplish
for your skin! The oil sustains and calms the skin
permitting the dynamic fixings in your skincare to
sink more profound into the skin, improving their
gainful impacts! Who would’ve thought!
There are numerous glorious oils accessible, yet
these are some of our top picks because of their
demonstrated skin-cherishing advantages:
Rosehip Oil
This oil penetrates deep into the skin where it
helps to regenerate your cells and increase
collagen production. It’s rich in vitamin C,
omega-3’s and omega-6 fatty acids known to help
heal scar tissue and reduce inflammation. It is
also high in retinoic acid (the key ingredient in
retinol products!) which helps to reduce the
appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Hello anti-
aging benefits!
But it doesn’t just protect against signs of
premature aging, it also contains linoleic acid that,
in combination with its other powerful
ingredients, can help repair acne-prone skin with
mild scarring and blemishes, and prevent more
breakouts. Bring on clear, radiant skin!
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is perfect for super sensitive skin. It’s
anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory,
plus it’s small molecular structure allows for easy
absorption, giving your skin a soft, smooth
texture. The medium chain fatty acids in coconut
oil also help to retain the moisture content of the
skin, making it a great choice for skin conditions
such as eczema. Use it all year round as it helps to
soothe your skin in the cold, windy months, as
well as replenish moisture after a little too much
sun exposure! The lauric acid content protects the
skin’s surface making it an ideal ointment to
relieve dry, rough skin.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Extra virgin olive oil is a good all-round
moisturizer as it’s rich in fatty acids, vitamin A and
E. Olive oil is similar to the oils naturally produced
by our skin so it’s also absorbed well, helping to
boost your skin’s elasticity. The antioxidants in
olive oil may even help protect against skin
cancer! However, those with acne prone skin
should avoid using it on their face as it’s a heavier
oil and can contribute to blemishes. It makes a
luscious addition to a bath, or when applied prior
to showering. The warm water allows your skin to
absorb more moisture from the oil, and then you
towel dry off the excess! Brilliant!
Sesame Oil
Despite it’s popularity as a beautiful cooking oil,
sesame oil has not yet had the fame it deserves in
the skincare world. This golden toned oil is a skin’s
everyday secret weapon! Sesame oil can act in a
similar way to sunscreen by shielding your skin
from sun damage, resisting 30% of UV rays! If
you’ve cut yourself, applying sesame oil on cuts
and wounds helps them to heal faster due to it’s
antibacterial properties. It can also help with skin
conditions such as psoriasis and eczema,
moisturising and nourishing your skin, whilst
providing anti-inflammatory benefits. Sesamol,
vitamin E and other potent antioxidants help fight
free radical damage, and due to it’s high viscosity,
the oil easily seeps into the skin, repairing
damaged skin cells and nourishing from within.

Care Of The Skin For All Skin Type

For normal skin
For your skin to remain soft and smooth, always
remember to use lukewarm water for your facial
care. Hot or cold water may cause your skin to
appear blotchy. To wash away impurities and
leave your skin feeling refreshed, try using a daily
face wash.

For dry skin
To help relieve dryness, always include food with
plenty of vitamin A and C as part of your regular
diet. They help to keep your skin in good
condition. Using a 24 hour moisturiser can help to
keep your skin nourished and hydrated all day
long.

For combination skin
When enjoying the luxury of a face mask, treat
your skin zones separately. Try applying a
hydrating moisture mask to the dry areas and a
clay mask for the oily areas, ensuring both skin
zones are cared for. As part of your daily routine,
try using oil-balancing wipes to gently lift away
make up, even waterproof mascara.

your skin's softness. Make sure you take plenty of
time to rest and relax. Your skin will thank you for
it! To help you relax, try using our DREAMY SKIN

5 healthy tips for caring for the skin

Don't have time for intensive skin care? You can
still pamper yourself by acing the basics. Good
skin care and healthy lifestyle choices can help
delay the natural aging process and prevent
various skin problems. Get started with these five
no-nonsense tips.
1. Protect yourself from the sun
One of the most important ways to take care of
your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime
of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots
and other skin problems — as well as increase the
risk of skin cancer.
For the most complete sun protection:
Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum
sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply
sunscreen generously, and reapply every two
hours — or more often if you're swimming or
perspiring.
Seek shade. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and
2 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with
tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and
wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry
additives, which give clothing an additional layer
of ultraviolet protection for a certain number of
washings, or special sun-protective clothing —
which is specifically designed to block ultraviolet
rays.
2. Don't smoke
Smoking makes your skin look older and
contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny
blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin,
which decreases blood flow. This depletes the skin
of oxygen and nutrients that are important to skin
health.
Smoking also damages collagen and elastin — the
fibers that give your skin strength and elasticity.
In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you
make when smoking — such as pursing your lips
when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep
out smoke — can contribute to wrinkles.
If you smoke, the best way to protect your skin is
to quit. Ask your doctor for tips or treatments to
help you stop smoking.
3. Treat your skin gently
Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on your
skin. To keep it gentle:
Limit bath time. Hot water and long showers or
baths remove oils from your skin. Limit your
bath or shower time, and use warm — rather
than hot — water.
Avoid strong soaps. Strong soaps and
detergents can strip oil from your skin. Instead,
choose mild cleansers.
Shave carefully. To protect and lubricate your
skin, apply shaving cream, lotion or gel before
shaving. For the closest shave, use a clean, sharp
razor. Shave in the direction the hair grows, not
against it.
Pat dry. After washing or bathing, gently pat or
blot your skin dry with a towel so that some
moisture remains on your skin.
Moisturize dry skin. If your skin is dry, use a
moisturizer that fits your skin type. For daily use,
consider a moisturizer that contains SPF.
4. Eat a healthy diet
A healthy diet can help you look and feel your
best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains
and lean proteins. The association between diet
and acne isn't clear — but some research
suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in
unhealthy fats and processed or refined
carbohydrates might promote younger looking
skin.
5. Manage stress
Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more
sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other
skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a
healthy state of mind — take steps to manage
your stress. Set reasonable limits, scale back your
to-do list and make time to do the things you
enjoy. The results might be more dramatic than
you expect.

7 cool Step To Folow To Care For Your Face

Looking great in public is hard. Whether you are
trying to look your best for job interviews or just
get attention, this is the way. This guide will help
you maintain a healthy complexion that will have
you looking glowing.

1.The first thing you should do when
caring for your face is to get into a
routine of cleansing it. Twice a day with your
optimal product will fight many of the most
common skin problems and leave your face
feeling healthy and looking great. Blemishes on
your face can be combated by either the use
of a product or an organic solution. Deciding
which to use really depends on your skin type
and acne severity. More sensitive skin may
need a gentler product, while less sensitive
skin may require a harsher product to see
results. Clearasil and Proactive are popular
choices for use on acne, though there are
countless to choose from at your local
drugstore. For those who prefer an organic
method, lemon juice, dandelion sap, honey,
and other materials have proven to work as
well.
2.Take care of facial hair. This ensures a
fine facial structure and clean look. Keep
your eyebrow lines neat, upper lip hair and
chin hair groomed. To trim eyebrows, meet
with a professional who can wax or pluck your
eyebrows. They really do the best job, and will
make sure that you don't take too much off, as
this can lead to problems in the future. If you
want to do it yourself, take a washcloth soaked
in hot water and press it onto the area where
you are about to remove the hair. Then
remove the few stray hairs with tweezers. Do
this every night before bed for best results.
3.Moisturize. If you have dry skin, you
especially need to make sure that your face
is getting the moisture it needs. Use a gentle
moisturizer to keep your skin feeling soft and
glowing.
4.Make sure to drink lots of water. Your
body needs plenty of hydration during the
day to keep removing wastes and oils from
your face. You should probably drink eight
glasses of water a day.
5.Don't touch your face. Many people have
bad habits of messing with acne or leaning
their face on their hands. Your hands have oils
on them that will clog pores, increasing
blemishes. No matter how tempting it might
be, don't pop pimples or interfere with
anything facial- though it may seem like it will
make it better, it actually makes it much worse
and instead of dealing with a two day pimple
you now have a two week long project. A tip
here is changing your pillowcase often- the oils
linger on the fabric, getting on your face during
the night.
Take care of your lips. Use a lip hydrator
often and make sure to moisturize your
lips. A simple way to do this is to rub a sugar-
and-water solution on them and then
moisturize, as the sugar removes dead cells
and rejuvenates the lips. Keep a stick of lip
moisturizer on you at all times and use
throughout the day. Be careful not to use too
much Chapstick though. Your lips can literally
get addicted to the chemicals that prevent/
heal chapped lips; they will stop making that
chemical themselves, and it's a painful
addiction to break!
Protect your face from the sun by using
sunblock every day. Ultraviolet rays will
damage your skin over time and it's essential
that you protect your face from harmful
radiation. Use a good sunscreen or makeup
with sunscreen in it, even a little, before going
out, and you will have fresh, healthy skin.
Another way to protect yourself is to wear

clothing that will cover you, like a hat.

cool!!!! I Think We All Need To See This

Why You Should,Not Run,Your Way To Fat Loss

There were
many occasions over the recent years when
people have disproved that cardio is a much,
much better method for losing weight compared
to just walking. Here we want to show you why
walking is better for losing weight, not running.
Here are the reasons:
1 – When you do a cardio exercise, like running,
you burn calories from muscle and fat. The body
cannot pick to burn the calories that you would
like to see burnt, and thus by running you actually
decrease your muscle mass. You don’t want to do
that because muscles are more metabolic and
burn more calories.
2 – Too much cardio exercises increase the
production of a stress hormone called cortisol,
which leads to bigger food cravings because your
body wants to overcompensate for the burned
calories. So, you end up consuming more calories
than you have burned.
**Too much cardio exercising makes you leptin-
resistant, which is the same hormonal effect as
sleep deprivation. That way your body is unable
to tell if it is full. You get very hungry and
eventually develop insulin resistance due to the
high amounts of cortisol and you get back to
weight gaining.
**Cardiovascular exercises can have negative
impact on the thyroid function. In order to have a
properly functioning metabolism, the thyroid
produces a hormone called T4, which then is
converted to T3 to help the metabolism. But, by
creating too much cortisol in your body, the
thyroid is unable to produce T4 and you end up
with dysfunctional metabolism, decreased ability
to burn fat and loss of energy.
3 – It is believed that running has a low impact,
plus the further you run the more you bang your
feet into the ground. If you are overweight this
can be bad for your knees and other joints
Summary: Cardio can cause the reduction of the
muscle mass, less efficient metabolism, hormonal
imbalance, which can lead to more weight, and it
can have a negative impact on your knees if you
are overweight.
Walking on the other hand can be a much
healthier and more balanced alternative, even
though it doesn’t provide the same amount of
calorie burning effects as running. By walking you
decrease the amounts of cortisol, which is much
better on longer term. Walking makes you more
sensitive to insulin, which then enables better
calorie burning from other exercises and it
doesn’t create cravings and unmanageable
hunger. It also produces serotonin and dopamine
which make you feel motivated and happier and
lead to overall wellness.
So, walk as much as possible! Take 30 to 60
minutes walk at least three days a week, and
increase this up to six days. Choose walking
instead of cardio, and do other activities that
relieve stress to the body. But, if you want a firm
and good looking body, do some weekly
metabolic resistance exercises for 20 or 30
minutes. Couple this with a well-though diet and
you won’t have to run ever again.

Perfect step To Follow To Get A Tiny Waist

Is your objective
to accomplish that hour glass figure with a littler
waist? These tips will manage you in the right
course.
You’ve done all that you can to get a littler waist,
correct? Is nothing meeting expectations for you
the way you need it to? There is no motivation to
be demoralized in light of the fact that this is
going to give you access on a bit mystery. These
are the best tips for you to get a littler waist in
only one week.
If you stick to just one exercise, eventually your
body will not be affected by it, therefore you can’t
just do crunch all the time. When you have excess
body fat, that fat lies below the skin or around the
organs, this is known as visceral fat, which can
only be burned with cardiovascular exercise and a
healthy diet. When you target a certain part of
your body, like the core, you are more likely to
lose that weight.
1. Change your diet: Eat whole grains with
vegetables and fruit and this will help reduce the
amount of fat you consume. Whole grains are
healthier because they don’t contain
preservatives, which makes them one of the best
foods to eat to become slimmer. Eating large
amounts of fruit can be counterproductive
because they sometimes contain high amounts of
sugar. You should take out 3,500 calories of your
diet to lose a pound.
2. Drink water: Drinking water while you are trying
to lose weight is very important because this is
how you prevent confusing the body between
thirst and hunger. When you drink more water,
you limit the tendency to binge on food, it is also
good for the skin and hair too.
3. Pay attention to the quality, not the quantity:
When people diet they try not to eat anything
other than healthy food that doesn’t add on to
the fat or sugar in their bodies. When you eat
more healthy foods without adding calories, this
is your secret to dieting.
4. Exercising: exercising is the thing you have to
do to get slim. You will only notice a difference
when you put in the effort and dedication to do
so. But, be sure you start gradually, you don’t
want to overwork yourself. Increase your
exercising intensity gradually and the best thing
you can do is to make an exercise plan. Start at a
basic level and work through all the levels while
you perform more intense and longer exercise
routines. You may maintain an exercise journal.
5. Build the chest and shoulders: When the chest
and the shoulders look bigger, the waist will look
smaller. So, you may want to consider doing chest
and should exercises to make your shoulders and
chest larger while your waist will look smaller.
6. Clothes: Wear clothes that draw attention to
your waist, like a waist belt. The belt can be any
style you want, you can give your body the illusion
of having an hourglass figure by wearing a waist
belt with a dress.
7. Do cardio: You should do at least 30-60 minutes
of cardio 5 days a week. Doing regular cardio
workouts will keep the heart healthy and make it
easier to maintain a healthy bodyweight, which is
essential to having abs or a thinner waist.

explanations for hair breakage lead right back to
what we do to our hair consistently. While ceasing
breakage totally may take sooner or later and
genuine TLC, you can frequently minimize it
before long by going up your hair consideration
amusement.
1. Trim Your Ends
To some women, trimming equals cutting, which
may as well equal “No, Thank You.” Done right, a
trim only removes dead ends, not whole chunks
of hair. When you trim proactively, you reduce
the chances that your ends become so dry and
brittle that a cut becomes necessary. Women who
suffer from split ends have to cut them away
before they break off on their own. When split
ends get out of control, they travel up the hair
shaft, making a serious cut more likely. Instead,
why not trim the bottom 1/4 to 1/2 inch of hair
every two to three months? Trims are more even
and less traumatic than cuts that have to be done.
2. Don’t Brush Hair While Wet
Just say “no” to brushing your hair when it’s
soaking wet. Black hair is already fragile — when
wet, it’s in its weakest state. It’s fine to comb
through your hair while wet; in fact, the ideal
state to comb is when it’s saturated with
conditioner. But brushing black hair stretches it
sometimes to the point-of-no-return. A loud
“snap” is the last thing you want to hear while
styling your hair.
What about women who want to straighten their
hair before flat ironing? Aren’t round brushes
made for this? Brushes are okay once your hair is
at least halfway dry, but dryer is better. Instead of
a round bristle brush, use a paddle brush to
smooth hair, but again, wait until your hair is at
least 50% dry before tackling with a brush and
blow dryer.
3. Get Some Protein ASAP
Depending on the level of your breakage, a
weekly protein strengthening treatment may be
perfect, or you may need emergency measures if
your hair is breaking at an alarming rate. Usually,
chemical damage is behind real breakage
emergencies. An intense product like ApHogee
Two-Step Protein Treatment can stop a lot of
breakage in its tracks, but your hair may still be
far from healthy.
It’s important not to overdo the protein because
too much can be drying. Alternate mild protein
treatments with deep conditioners to keep your
hair healthy and prevent breakage down the line.
4. Let Your Stylist Apply Chemicals
Overlapping chemicals is a huge contributor to
hair breakage. It can be tempting to apply
permanent color and relaxers yourself, especially
if you’re trying to save money. It may get pricey to
have a stylist perform these services, but when it
comes to chemical treatments, it’s worth it to
have a professional do it. Save up for relaxer
touch-ups and color, but you can do most of your
daily hair maintenance yourself. If you follow the
recommended chemical service schedule, you
should only have a touch-up a minimum of every
eight weeks, so it’s not like this is a weekly service.
5. Ease Up on Heat
High heat = damage = breakage. Frequent heat =
damage = breakage. See a pattern here? While
curling irons, flat irons and blow dryers make our
lives easier, allowing us to wear just about any
style we can think up, these tools can also cause
irrevocable damage when used too often or
incorrectly. Constantly “bumping” your ends with
an iron will weaken, thin and break them over
time. Using heat that’s way too hot even once can
break your hair.
Use other methods of styling, such as wet setting
on magnetic rollers or Curlformers. Wet wrap the
hair for a sleek look, or wet set with braids and
twists for cool waves. Save the heat tools for
special occasions, and definitely no more than
once a week.

cool !!: 5 ways to keep your feet from smelling

Nothing ruins
your entryway, date night, or a good pair of shoes
like a stink. And once the smell starts, it’s hard to
keep it from invading the rest of your footwear.
That’s because even the most delicate shoes are a
dark, sweaty breeding ground for odor-causing
bacteria. You can’t completely remove it, but you
can control the stench. Before you lose another
pair of pumps, try these expert tips for nipping
smelly feet in the bud before it starts.
Try to stay dry
“The best way to prevent smelly feet is to keep
your feet dry,” says Rebecca Baxt, MD, a board
certified dermatologist. Towel off your feet—
especially in between toes—after the shower, and
dab them with anti-fungal powder that keeps you
dry while warding off odor-causing fungus. Wear
socks when you can
Socks and heels aren’t exactly a fashion
statement. But when you skip out on socks there’s
nothing to absorb the sweat your feet naturally
produce, trapping it between your toes and inside
your shoes, says Baxt. If you know you’re going
sockless, try dotting antiperspirant on the
bottoms of your feet and between toes.
Prep your shoes
Sprinkle baby powder (or a more targeted odor-
eating powder) on the insides of your shoes
before and after you wear them, suggests Baxt.
And get them out of your dark, damp closet! Just
like your aching dogs, your shoes need to be aired
out, too.
Head to the liquor cabinet
If your feet end up smelling less than swell no
matter what, wipe them down with a vodka-
soaked washcloth to get rid of the stench. It’s the
same principle as rubbing alcohol (which works
equally well if you’d rather drink your Grey
Goose). Vodka contains alcohol, which is
antiseptic and drying, so it destroys odor-causing
fungus and bacteria, and dries out the moisture
that lets these organisms grow.
When to see a doc
If you still can’t get your sweat under control, see
your dermatologist and ask her about Drysol, an
anti-sweat prescription in the form of a roller ball
specifically formulated for reducing the amount
of sweat your feet produce.

How sex is too much for the body

The question of how much s*x is too much s*x is really a burning
question in the hearts of many young people. It
may be wrong to attach a figure to how much s*x
is too much s*x, but the moment you start losing
your strength & vitality, you may have to watch it.
People have different body systems, some
stronger and some weaker. For some, having s*x
daily may be okay and for others it may be killing.
I will personally advise you to watch it when the
following starts happening:
– You feel so weak after s*x. I agree that this is a
normal feeling, but if you feel so so wasted, not
out of physical exertion but internal emptiyness,
and this feeling lasts for a long while, then you
may need to watch it.
– If your Erupt feels so watery. This may not be an
issue but don’t you think your system needs some
rest?
– You are begining to lose interest in the activity
and you try to avoid it. Maybe avoiding it is the
wisest thing thing to do.
If you feel you fall under this category, you may
need to discuss with your spouse on this matter.
s*x is meant to be savoured and if it starts
affecting your activities adversely then it is too
much for you.
To further b*ttress your points while discussing
with your spouse, kindly read the following
excerpt on the effects of excess s*x from a
website below:
Effects of Excessive s*x
It taxes the body
Excessive and constant s*xual activities; which
often culminates in over-expulsion leads to over-
production of androgen hormones. These
excesses could lead to adrenal and s*x organ
fatigue. It strains and taxes the body; making the
person to look worn out and haggard. It is true
that much pleasure is inherent in s*x but over-
indulgence does have its effects on the person
involved.
It is also a known medical fact that Epinephrine,
norepinephrine and cortisol are all released
during s*xual intercourse and they increase the
fight-or-flight response, directly increasing heart
rate, triggering the release of glucose and
increasing blood flow to the skeletal muscle. All
these activities have an immense taxing effect on
the body.
Weakens immunity
Excessive s*xual activities weaken the body’s
natural immunity. The hormone prostaglandin
E-2, which serves an important function in s*xual
arousal, is overproduced when one engages in
marathon or excessive s*xual activities and has
an inflammatory effect on the body by;
damaging tissues, nerves and joints,
weakening immunity,
causing muscular and nervous pain, and
promoting infection, inflammation, and even
cancer.
Lack of s*xual stimulation/impotence
It has been researched and discovered that
excessive s*x does lead to chronic elevation of
epinephrine and prostaglandin E2 which results in
severe damage to brain cells and
parasympathetic nerves in the liver, lungs,
adrenal glands, heart, blood vessels and some
other vital body systems.
Consequentially, you might experience a number
of symptoms, including depression, anxiety,
persistent s*xual arousal and s*xual dysfunction
such as impotence and premature expulsion in
men and a lack of s*xual stimulation in women.
Long term s*xual inflammation
All of the afore-mentioned effects of excessive
s*xual activities causes the pituitary gland and
testicles (ovaries in women) to become disabled
for some days or even months, leading to a long-
term s*xual exhaustion and inflammation.
The first thing you might notice is a tightening or
rigid feeling in your muscles and joints anytime
you expulsion. It could be really painful. The pain
becomes even more severe at about 2-4 hours
after Erupting due to the sudden drop of DHEA,
testosterone and DHT. You may experience some
real pains for a couple of days until your prolactin
and cortisol levels are returned to their normal
ranges.
Could lead to hair loss / baldness
Hair loss is a major concern especially among the
middle aged and there are many alleged causes
treatments for it. However, a lot of people also
fail to address a major underlying cause: a high
stress physical response sometimes triggered by
over-expulsion.
At puberty, boys maintain an extremely high level
of testosterone and DHT without stress and are
therefore able to achieve a full head of hair. As
they grow older, men with a high level of DHT and
stress lose their hairs. Stress and its induced
inflammatory factors in the bloodstream are
known to deplete melatonin production during
the night and heat up the blood, causing hair loss

4 Reason drinking water to lose weight really works

It’s fair to say
that most of us know that drinking plenty of water
and keeping ourselves hydrated is a healthy thing
to do. But not too many of us do it every day!
You might be surprised to know that drinking
water to lose weight really does work. Scientist Dr
Batmanghelidj explains why in his books “You
Body’s Many Cries For Water: You’re Not Sick,
You’re Thirsty” and “Obesity, Cancer And
Depression: How Water Can Cure These Deadly
Diseases”.
I’ll give you four reasons as to why drinking water
will help you loose weight right now.
1. Drinking Water Reduces Hunger
The signals related to early hunger and thirst can
be exactly the same.
A lot of people, when they feel themselves getting
hungry will reach for something to eat. However,
if you haven’t been keeping yourself well
hydrated this feeling could actually be your body
asking for water, not food.
If you don’t realise this you can end up eating a
lot more than you need, with obvious
consequences!
Drinking water to lose weight keeps you hydrated,
so the hunger you feel will be for food, when you
need calories and not just water.
2. Drinking Water Provides Calorie Free Energy
For Your Brain
Your brain is the main driving force for your fluid
intake and that’s because there is more water in
your brain than any other part of your body. So
any shortage of water is felt by your brain first.
Your brain has several potential energy sources,
glucose is the most obvious one. But did you
know that some energy is derived by water
traveling across cell membranes? This can be
likened by hydroelectric energy. This doesn’t
involve calories.
Because some of your brain’s energy is derived
from water, it will ask for more when your body is
getting a bit dehydrated. Remember, you brain
feels dehydration before any other part of your
body, because its percentage of water is higher.
But because no one told us that mild hunger can
actually mean we’re thirsty, a lot of people eat at
this point. So your brain wanted more water for
its energy but it gets food instead.
Your brain will use some of this energy from the
food you ate for its energy needs but the brain is
a small organ, so it’s not going to use much. If you
weren’t genuinely hungry for calories the rest of
your body doesn’t need this food yet either. So it’s
destined for your fat stores.
Simply by not keeping well hydrated you could be
eating more than you need, hampering your
weight loss efforts. So this is another reason that
drinking water to lose weight works.
3. Drinking Water Is Necessary To Switch Your Fat
Burning Enzymes On
Fat breakdown depends on water. It doesn’t
happen efficiently without plenty of it. Looking at
your body fat as a whole, something has to
happen to it for it to shrink so you can get
slimmer. It needs to be broken down so it can be
used by your body.
An enzyme called lipase is required to break down
fat. If you imagine your fat as a brick wall, lipase is
a chisel that removes the bricks one by one. The
bricks are now free to travel to be used around
the body and burned up for energy.
Lipase needs water in a good supply to work well.
This is how it works:
Fat + Water + Lipase = Fatty Acids
Fatty acids are the small building blocks of fat.
They are small enough to be released into your
circulation and will be picked up by cells around
your body needing energy. They are released
easier when you are well hydrated. Drinking water
to lose weight allows the enzymes to break down
fat efficiently.
4. Drinking Water Increases Energy Levels
Think about a plant that is suffering from lack of
water, just imagine it wilting and its stem and
leaves going soft. Now imagine the same plant
having been fully hydrated, the stem and leaves
are firm.
When your body is not hydrated properly, water
is taken from your cells to keep your circulation
up to full quotas. In this case your cells will look
like the wilted plant. A result of this is less than
peak energy levels of the cells throughout your
body. In this situation you’ll feel under par. If you
don’t feel energetic, you won’t be energetic. You
won’t move around as much and therefore you
won’t burn as much energy.
By keeping your body fully hydrated you cells will
be firm and functioning on a higher level. This
gives you more energy, so you not only feel better
but you do more, burning more calories.
The most important time to drink water is when
you wake up because you’ll be dehydrated then.
Make sure you have a glass before drinking
anything dehydrating like caffeine. Aim to drink at
least 8 glasses of water throughout the day, that’s
at least 2 litres. Spread it out fairly evenly over
course of the day. By drinking this amount you’ll
keep your brain hydrated and any hunger you
feel will be for food, not water.

Tips on how to get rid of body odur

Although, there
are countless deodorants and products to blend
and neutralize body odour, not all of them are
healthy. Many of them clog your sweat glands, not
allowing them to perform one of their main
functions – getting rid of bodily toxins. While
sweat in itself is odourless, when your body’s
processes malfunction it’s your sweat glands that
lend to body odour issues. Here’s looking at what
you can do to stop body odour from becoming a
problem for you, and the solution, as always,
begins with the right food.
Dietary habits that may result in body odour:
Red meat intake without adequate attention to
vegetables, fruits and cereals is a primary cause
of body odour. This does not mean that someone
who consumes a lot of red meat smells bad. As
with everything else, moderation is the answer.
Excessive red meat intake in the absence of a well
balanced diet can wreak havoc with your body’s
digestive functions. A well-rounded, balanced
meal is crucial to avoid body odour worries
through over-the-top red meat consumption.
An overdose of processed foods results in
impaired digestion as well. Foods lacking fiber and
made with refined white flour and sugar,
hydrogenated oils and other heavily processed
ingredients are also big culprits. While your body
is accustomed to taking care of and controlling
toxins, too much processed food ends up
burdening your digestive system, and could lead
to a toxin build up.
If you think that a vegetarian has it better, think
again. Though many nutrients found in plants
help cleanse your body from the inside, many
vegetarians do not eat a healthy diet and
consume a lot of processed food. If you’re a
vegetarian who eats a lot of fried, oily, packaged
and salty foods, then your chances of developing
body odour issues are just as high.
So what can you do to improve your diet in order
to deal with body odour?
When you eliminate heavily refined food from
your diet and shift to a 100% healthful diet made
of whole grains, massive quantities of leafy
vegetables, fresh fruits, soy products, greens, lots
of sprouts, white meat, raw nuts and seeds, and
healthy oils, your body odour will all but
disappear in a matter of weeks. Some of the best
foods to fight body odour are parsley, cilantro,
celery and all mint species. Aromatic herbs such
as sage, rosemary, thyme, and oregano are also
helpful. If a person doesn’t manage fighting body
odour despite a healthy diet, the problem might
be more severe, and could require the attention of a doctor

suprising!! this food help you to reduce body pain

gj1. Coffee
Just one more excuse to grab that second cup of
Joe! Research suggests caffeine can reduce pain in
those suffering from exercise-induced mus. cular
injury and pain . Not only that, when taken with a
standard dose of pain reliever (ibuprofen, for
example), one study found that a 100mg to
130mg caffeine supplement — equal to about the
amount of caffeine in one cup of coffee —
increased pain relief .
2. Ginger
Ginger is basically a wonder root. It combats
nausea and motion sickness, and fights off pain
with its anti-inflammatory properties . Some
especially great news for the ladies: One study
showed that ginger (specifically in the form of a
250g or 500g capsule of powdered ginger) was as
effective as ibuprofen in relieving menstrual pain !
Plus, ginger can be ingested a variety of ways,
from supplements, to tea and cookies, to stir fry.
3. Salmon
Not only is salmon tasty and a healthy protein,
but it’s full of omega-3 fatty acids, which have
been shown to reduce arthritic pain (especially in
the neck and back) . In one study, the relief
experienced from consuming omega-3s in the
form of a fish oil supplement was comparable to
the relief experienced from taking ibuprofen.
Chow down on some of those omega-3s with this
baked salmon with avocado yogurt sauce tonight.
4. Tart Cherries
Turns out tart cherries are good for more than
causing a pucker face. Studies have found they
can help treat gout (a painful form of arthritis that
causes swollen, hot, red joints caused by a
buildup of uric acid in the blood) . But it’s not just
for gout—athletes can benefit, too. In one study,
those who drank tart cherry juice for seven days
prior to an intense running event showed
reduced muscle-pain after the race . Drink up!
5. Echinacea and Sage
Got an aching throat? Some research shows that
throat sprays containing sage or echinacea can
help provide relief from that nasty sore throat ,
though there have been few other studies on this
benefit, so the evidence isn’t hulk strong. Another
survey looking at 14 different studies found that
echinacea can decrease the number of cold
infections caught, and reduce their durations .
Sage is easy to find at most grocery stores and is
also especially tasty in any of these recipes, while
echinacea is more commonly found in pill and
ointment form. When choosing to take a
supplement like echinacea, be aware:
Sup plements aren’t regulated by the FDA, so
manufacturers can often get away with making
unproven claims about both the contents of the
pills and the benefits of those contents.
6. Oranges
While vitamin C has been linked to helping
prevent the onset of colds and respiratory
infections, an antioxidant called beta-
cryptoxanthin, found in oranges and other orange
fruits and veggies such as sweet potato and
cantaloupe, has been found to help reduce the
risk of anti-inflammatory conditions like
rheumatoid arthritis . Another reason to get out
that juicer and start making fresh OJ each day.
(Or, you know, just eat an orange.)
7. Evening Primrose
Usually found as an oil, this flower’s powers have
been linked to treating atopic dermatitis (a
chronic itchy skin condition), rheumatoid arthritis,
and PMS symptoms . The gamma-inolenic acid in
the oil has anti-coagulant effects that may help
reduce the effects of cardiovascular illnesses .
8. Whiskey
No, we do not recommend whiskey for a broken
heart or curing any sort of emotional pain. But, it
turns out adding a spoonful to warm water may
just do the trick to kick that pesky sore throat.

5 things you do that are causing your breast to sag

Most women experience a sagging or dropping
breast at some points in their lives. This is a
natural and inevitable process.
Women are often bothered when they breasts
begin to sag as they feel it makes them
unattractive.
A lot of things can contribute to premature
sagging of the breast and some have to do with
your behavior. So, if you avoid these behaviours,
your breasts will be better off.
1. Smoking:
Even your breasts can’t escape the damage
cigarettes do. Smoking breaks down elastin, the
protein fibers in skin that lend it firmness and
elasticity. Smoking also damages breast skin the
same way it does the face, depriving it of oxygen
and nutrients.
2. Wearing the wrong bra size:
A good-fitting bra keeps your breasts in shape
and enhances their appearance. If you’re going to
wear a bra, it’s important to make sure it fits
correctly because wearing an ill-fitting bra might
cause extra sagging. Some women are wearing
the wrong size bra. Stop in a lingerie shop and ask
for a fitting just to make sure you’re wearing the
right bra for your shape so you can make sure
your bras aren’t doing you more harm than good.
It’s also important to remember to replace old
bras before they lose their support, too.
3. Weight Fluctuation:
Weight fluctuation is a big factor when it comes to
sagging boobs. Each time you gain and lose
weight, breast tissue slacks more. An unhealthy
diet can cause stretching of the breast tissue.
Weight gain from an unhealthy diet rather than
weight gain from muscle-building exercise can
result in stretching of the breast tissue.
4. High-Impact Workouts:
Running, biking, playing sports and doing any
other exercise causes your breasts to bounce. If
you do it often enough without wearing a good
sports bra, they may sag prematurely. A sports
bra should contain your breasts securely against
your chest so that bouncing is kept to a minimum.
5. Skipping Sunscreen:
Sunburn is never fun, UV rays hitting the sensitive
underside of your breasts encourages serious
drooping later on in life. Exposing your breasts to
UV rays without a protective coating of sunscreen
can stretch out the collagen and damage the skin.

How to maintain your weigth as you age

 Skin gets saggier,
wrinkles are more visible, our metabolism slows
down, eyesight wanes and the pounds can creep
up as we grow wiser in our years. People gain
weight as they age mainly because their
metabolism slows down, hormonal changes
happen especially in women and these changes in
their body means muscle is naturally turned to
fat.
A lot of middle-aged people are also less active
than younger people. Having said that, some
younger people are also inactive when it comes to
fitness so, at times, weight gain is not necessarily
due to age but also due to unhealthy lifestyles.
Weight gain is something a lot of us have
experienced at some point of our lives but more
so if you’re hitting middle age and if you’re older.
Maintaining your ideal weight can be rather
difficult. Some nutritionists advise people aged 45
and above to eat 200 fewer calories a day to
prevent the number on the weighing scales going
up as the years pass.
So how does one halt the middle age spread?
1. Eat more yogurt, seafood, skinless chicken, and
nuts, as these foods are linked to aiding weight
loss.
2. Avoid eating refined grains, starches, and
sugars, e.g. white bread, potatoes, and sweets
(cakes, chocolate, cookies, kuih, desserts, etc) as
these foods are linked to weight gain.
3. Avoid or cut down your consumption of red
meat and processed meat, as these foods are also
linked with weight gain.
4. Avoid or cut down eating carbohydrates,
especially in combination with dairy products as
these foods especially when combined together
have a high glycemic load -meaning they cause a
spike in blood sugar and that causes weight gain.
Researchers from a recent study from the
Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health
analysed data from three long-term papers in
which 120,000 US health professionals were
followed for more than 16 years. Each participant
filled invalidated self-reported questionnaires on
their food.
The results from the study showed that diets with
a high glycemic load caused an increase in blood
sugar, which in turn, resulted in weight gain. The
food culprits that contributed to weight gain were
refined grains, starches and sugars.
The researchers also found that an increase in the
intake of red meat and processed meat were
most strongly associated with weight gain. Food
such as yogurt, seafood, skinless chicken and nuts
were most strongly associated with weight loss –
and the more people ate, the less weight they
gained.

LADIES!!! Read 6 Tips On How To Have the
Flattest Tummy
Either men
admit it or not, they absolutely desire flat tummy
on their girls.
1.  Limit your daily intake to small but nourishing
proportions about four times daily.
Don’t skip breakfast or lunch totally as it makes u
consume more during your next meal.
2. Regularly drinking water, especially in the
morning, can increase our digestive power and
reduce metabolic waste that could have built up
in our immune system. Also, bloated stomach can
be avoided by drinking water regularly.
Apart from eliminating toxins from the body,
water helps to burn fat and calories, so it reduces
the feelings of hunger avoiding putting on weight
by overeating.
3. Digestion begins in the mouth, and without
proper chewing, food is not well-digested. Better-
digested food means less gas and bloating.
4. Don’t eat anything for two to three hours
before sleep. Your body slows down when you
sleep, which will prevent your body from digesting
the food in your stomach properly.
You are also much less active in the evenings and
at night, which means that your body is more
likely to store the calories you consume late at
night and somehow this usually ends up on our
tummy.
5. Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, pears,
tomatoes, bananas, apples, pineapples and
berries are all good foods to eat. They really
helped with my flatter tummy challenge.
6. Sit ups ( Abs Crunch)
I’m not a daily exercise fan but I did the sit ups
daily. Although, I stopped after seeing results.
To do the sit ups, Lie down on the floor with your
hands on your side and you knees bent.Keep your
feet on the ground and sit up.Repeat 10 times
and increase the amount you do daily.

Cinnamon is known to lower blood sugar levels;
this can help in suppressing monster appetites.
Adding cinnamon to teas, coffee, and yogurt
(plain!!) are some easy ways to get it in your
system.
Note** Try your best to purchase Ceylon
cinnamon; the ingredient Coumarin, found in high
amounts in Cassia Cinnamon, is known to have
harmful effects on the liver.
Eggs
The beauty of eggs is that they are low in cal orie
and contain 7 grams of protein, as well as other
beneficial nutrients. Studies have shown that
eating eggs for breakfast will significantly lower
the amount of calories you may want to consume
later in the day. Although the yolk is high in
cholesterol, it does hold its benefits – consuming
inmoderation is advised.
Apples (and of course fruits in general)
Fruits are your friends when it comes to losing
weight; they offer countless benefits and still
satisfy your tastes buds. The beauty of fruit is that
it’ll satisfy your sweet tooth and does not harm
the body the same way processed sugars do
(sugar is the reason people accumulate fat).
Apples, when eaten with skin, hold a good
amount of fiber and water and help you feel full.
Green Tea
The importance of green tea in battling body fat
could not be stressed enough; the phytochemical
catechins, found in green tea, is known to speed
metabolisms. It is better to consume green tea
hot because it will help you lengthen the
experience and increase the benefits. Adding
honey and lemon to your green tea will not only
add to the health factor, but will make the tea
incredibly delicious.
Blueberries
If you have been getting your blueberry intake
through muffins and pancaks, then you’ve been
doing blueberries wrong. Not only are blueberries
high in insoluble fiber, antioxidants, and tasty
goodness, a half cup worth of them are only
worth 40 calories. For something different try
blueberries on salads or in smoothies.
Almonds
Although nuts in general will aid in body fat loss,
almonds are the best for your wallet. They are
packed with protein, fiber, and heart healthy fats.
One serving of almonds (about 23) will help you
stay full. The best thing about almonds is they’re
portable. A serving is easy to carry with you
wherever you go so incorporating them in your
routine should be easy.

7 Things to Do Before Sleep to Wake Up
Beautiful
After a long,
hard day at work or a crazy party, the last thing
you want to do is prepare your skin for sleep. You
skip your beauty prep, fall asleep and then
wonder why you wake up with puffy eyes and
dull, tired-looking skin nearly each day. All women
are beautiful but not every woman takes care of
her skin properly. While you can skip your
morning face wash once in a while, you can’t
allow yourself to skip your bedtime beauty rituals
no matter how tired you are. Here are the things
you should do before sleep to wake up looking
your best.
1. Take a bath
One of the things everyone wants to do once they
are home is to destress and relax. There are many
ways to fight stress before bed. Some women
drink a glass of wine, while others watch their
favorite TV shows. Those are unhealthy ways that
can make you look even more tired in the
morning. Taking a warm bath before you hit the
sack helps to relax and sleep better so you will
definitely wake up super beautiful in the morning.
2. Wash off your makeup
Sleeping in your makeup is a surefire way to wake
up with some pimples, skin irritation, fine lines
and wrinkles. Whether you are using natural
organic makeup or mineral makeup, beauty
products as well as bacteria and debris clog your
pores and lead to acne and even premature
wrinkles, if you don’t wash them off each day
before sleep. No matter how tired or lazy you are,
take off your makeup in order to wake up looking
fresh and beautiful.
3. Moisturize your skin
Although it’s recommended to put moisturizer all
over the body, make sure you at least use your
night cream and eye cream before you head to
bed. Once you take a shower or a bath, apply
your cream to your face and lotion to your body
to keep your skin moisturized all night long. Dry
skin looks more wrinkled, which means you won’t
look your best in the morning if you don’t
moisturize your skin at night.
4. Brush your pearly whites
Let’s be honest, how often do you skip brushing
your teeth? Many women confess that they often
forget to brush their teeth before going to bed
and they think it’s okay because they always do it
in the morning. Studies repeatedly show that not
brushing teeth before bed can lead to some
serious health issues, including heart disease. It
sounds like a good reason to brush your pearly
whites regularly.
5. Drink a glass of lemon water
Don’t worry, ladies, a glass of lemon water won’t
cause midnight bathroom visits, unless you drink
a few glasses. Lemon water keeps your body
hydrated as well as clear you skin while you sleep.
Give it a try tonight and you will wake up with a
plump and radiant skin tomorrow. Enjoy a glass
of lemon water in the morning to speed up your
metabolism, boost your energy and feel and look
your best all day long.
6. Get your beauty sleep
Sleep makes you feel better and look beautiful
regardless of your age. You probably know you
need to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night, but do
you know exactly when you should go to bed to
wake up looking beautiful in the morning?
Between the hours of 11pm and 3am, your skin is
repairing and restoring, so make sure you go to
bed around 11 pm and get at least 7 hours of
sleep.
7. Meditate
Yup, meditation is one of those things that can
help you wake up looking amazing. It’s actually
my personal tip. I live a highly stressful life so
often have to deal with stress-related skin issues,
especially breakouts. What I found out is that
meditation before bed helps me destress, get rid
of negative thoughts and prepare for sleep. I fall
asleep calm and happy and wake up feeling great
and looking beautiful.
You see, you don’t need to spend hours before
bedtime in order to wake up beautiful in the
morning. Develop these bedtime habits to spend
less time trying to hide under-eye circles and
pimples. What do you do before going to bed?
